The problem

Studies are scattered, and mistakes are expensive.

From 14 student profiles built on public sources, and one first-year's real term:

  • Spread across five places

HEMIS, the course site, class chats, course channels and paper. HEMIS warns of a final exam the day before.

  • Failure costs money and a year

Paid per-credit retakes; stipends and grant transfers tied to grades and GPA.

  • Exams without a plan

Midterms worth 30–35% arrive unplanned, and one course had no grade weights online at all.

  • Small slips, whole zeros

One missed format rule on a sheet can zero a whole assignment.

What changes

One place for your whole studies, with your own AI.

  • Everything in one place

Deadlines, files and announcements from your class chat, course channels and university systems, in one list inside Telegram.

  • Your own AI, connected

Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini plan your week, quiz you and summarise from your real deadlines and files. You approve every change in Telegram.

  • Know where you stand

What you've kept, what's still open and where your next hour counts most, before a retake or a lost stipend costs you.

  • Exams with a plan

Short practice sessions around your week, on what you need most, long before the exam.

  • You have the final say

  • Your work stays yours

Tolib helps you plan, prepare and check. What you hand in is your own.

  • Messages on your terms

A morning plan and alerts for graded work. Change the time, set quiet hours or turn them off.
