Delete your Tolib account

In short

In the app: Settings › Your data › Delete my account. You can undo for 14 days.
Without the app: ask us from the account you signed in with, and we delete it for you.
Want a copy first? Settings › Your data › Export.

Message @tolibApp_bot in Telegram from the Telegram account you use with Tolib, or email hello@tolib.app from the email address you signed in with (for example through Apple), and ask us to delete your account.
Tolib deletes the account once it has confirmed the request comes from you.

At once: your connected AI is cut off, your other devices are signed out, and notifications stop.
After 14 days: everything else is deleted for good: your account, profile, study setup, tasks, marks, practice, settings, connections and usage events. Until then you can undo in Settings › Your data. Your connected AI stays disconnected even if you undo.
Backups: kept for 7 days, so the last copy is gone within 7 days after that.
What stays: weekly totals with no personal data.
