Tolib Terms
In short
- You’re 18 or older. Tolib is for students aged 18 and over for now.
- Your space, your rules. Your tasks, notes and practice are yours. Share only what you choose.
- Your work, done better. Tolib helps you plan, prepare and learn. What you hand in is your own.
- AI that works for you. It helps you sort, plan and practise. AI can make mistakes, so you always have the final say.
- Messages on your terms. Only what helps you. Change or stop them any time.
- Leave whenever you like. Take everything with you, or delete it.
Who we are

Who can use Tolib
- During the pilot you must be 18 or older.
- One person per account. You sign in with Telegram, or with Apple in the iPhone app; keep your account secure.
- The first button in Tolib says “Continuing means you accept the Terms”. Continuing means you accept these Terms. Tolib records the version you accepted and when.
Your space
You manage your own space in Tolib and decide what goes in it. Tolib helps you organise, plan and learn. Tolib makes no promise about your grades, results or outcomes. Your university sets its own rules, deadlines and decisions.
Your work
Tolib helps you plan, prepare and learn. What you hand in is your own, and you are responsible for following your university’s rules on academic integrity, including its rules on AI help.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you add. You let Tolib store, process and show it only as needed to run Tolib for you and for the people you choose to share with.
- Add only content you have the right to add. Do not add other people’s private data without their permission.
- Sharing with your class is your choice, item by item.
- Tolib removes content when it receives a valid notice that the content breaks someone’s rights or the law. Notices go to hello@tolib.app.
AI in Tolib
AI helps you sort, plan and practise. AI can make mistakes: check what matters, and you always have the final say. Allowances for AI use may apply and are shown in the app.
Your own AI
When you connect your own AI, you choose what it may see and do, and for how long (1, 7 or 90 days). Tolib shows every change it makes and lets you undo it for 24 hours; bulk changes and changes to graded work wait for your confirmation. You can remove the connection at any time. That AI service’s own terms also apply.
Agents and advice
Tolib’s agents coach and suggest. They do not give medical, legal or financial advice. Puf helps with rest and stress and is not a psychologist. In a crisis, contact your university’s counselling service or the emergency services.
Messages
By default Tolib sends one morning plan and alerts about graded work, with quiet hours. You can change or stop messages at any time.
Fair use
Do not misuse Tolib: no attacks, scraping, spam, impersonation, or sharing other people’s private data. Tolib may limit or suspend an account that breaks these Terms.
The pilot
Tolib is in early access. Features may change, pause or stop. Tolib works to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Leaving
You can export your data and delete your account at any time in Settings › Your data. See Delete your account.
Changes to these Terms
Material changes are announced in the bot with a short summary. Continuing after that means you accept the new Terms.
Paid features
If paid features are added, their price is shown before you pay. Payments inside Telegram follow Telegram Stars rules; payments in the Tolib apps follow the App Store’s and Google Play’s rules.
Law and contact
